About this property

Lumira Vista – Panoramic Maisonette in the Historic Village

  • Two-level maisonette located in the historic village of Sangineto, featuring a private balcony overlooking the sea and hills.
It is reached via a hillside road with panoramic bends and a typical village staircase.

The interiors follow a contemporary Mediterranean style: fully equipped kitchen, panoramic bedroom and modern bathroom.

The coastline is reachable in about 10–15 minutes by car along a scenic route.
    Free parking is available nearby.

There are several steps leading to the maisonette: the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Light luggage is recommended for easier access.
