We tried to pay for parking on the way out and she was taking care of the front desk while her employee was somewhere else. She could not ring us up and just gave us a ticket to get out. "The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. Then I could not access the room. The message received only had one code. I was advised that they would send me a code to access the room, and that once inside, a tag could be used for electronic entry. Sadly, the tag only worked on an intermittent basis, as did the electronic lock. I went out to get something to eat, and could not access the room again. On each occasion I had to contact the manager, it was time consuming and not what I needed at the end of a long day. Another problem was the lack of any WiFi. I tried to cal the owner again the following morning - he declined my call. The room itself was OK, but I would think twice about staying again."

We could not check out as there was no person on duty at 9-15am despite reception supposedly available until 11.00 am. We had to leave our room key on the letter box. Could not recommend this hotel."
