"Wifi was pretty fast. Outdoor pool was clean and chairs were comfy. We went to Hawaii at a bad time, it was during the Kona storm. Power at the hotel was out multiple times on our first night. The staffs were all scrambling and restaurants were ill prepared. We had to extend our stay due to the second wave of the Kona storm ; staffs were accommodating. Check out were seamless and we even got a coupon for taxi. Overall our experience was pleasant. I would recommend the hotel to anyone with little ones since it was super close to the beach. "

"The staff is polite but not friendly. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish the staff was more welcoming. The coffee shop is way too expensive, $11 for a smoothie, $9 for coffee. The restaurant was limited unless you got the buffet which was $89 apiece for dinner and about $40 for breakfast. We walked to other restaurants for our food. There is no microwave in the room either. It doesn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with one fancy shop in the lobby. "
