The property provides step-free access and interiors for greater accessibility.

In summer, thanks to the warm climate, the outdoor bathrooms can also be conveniently used as additional bathrooms for the house. You also have access to a shared playground.



The villa offers 10 shared parking spaces and a communal bicycle storage area. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed.
