About this property

Villa in the green with private garden and panoramic balcony, 10 minutes from the sea

  • FREE IN THE WEEK 13-20 JULY and 3-10 AUGUST
    and from August 24 to September 7

    The house is located in the residential part of the country; it is a green area, at the beginning of the hilly part: it is a quiet but not isolated accommodation and you can enjoy a beautiful view!

    The house is well-kept and comfortable: on the mezzanine floor there is a kitchen and living room, on the first floor a beautiful double bedroom with bathroom and an area that houses the third bed.

    Guests can have lunch and relax on the panoramic balcony and take advantage of a large and shady garden with barbecue.

    To move around the village and its surroundings, two mountain bikes will be provided free of charge, one of which is equipped with a child seat.

    The room is air conditioned and the house is equipped with everything you need (dishes, kitchen linens, TV, full kitchenette, WIFI, parking space). The fourth bed refers to a cot.

appartamento con giardino

Alloggio confortevole in zona semi-collinare ben ventilata, proprietaria gentile e accomodante, bello il giardino esterno con un bel tavolo per cenare fuori o per rilassarsi sotto un albero. Unica pecca il primo piano con le camere sotto il tetto che risulta un po' calda d'estate, ma con qualche accortezza si riesce a starci comunque bene.

Merveilleux séjour sur la côte toscane

A notre arrivée, notre étonnement fût total. Les photos du site ne rendent pas hommage au charme de la " Casa Bruni ". Le jardin ombragé et ses deux terrasses sont parfaits, sachant que nous passions le plus clair du temps en extérieur. L'intérieur de la maison est très propre. fonctionnel et aéré. La climatisation de la chambre est la bienvenue. L'emplacement est dans un quartier très calme, et comme le nom de la rue l'indique, avec une très jolie vue sur San Vincenzo un peu plus haut. L'accueil en français par le papa de notre hôte fût très agréable, et Angela malgré son absence était joignable facilement. Nous avions déjà nos repères dans la région, ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour des plus agréables. San Vincenzo et idéalement placé pour visiter la région de Pise à Grosseto. Petite mention spéciale pour les Thermes de Saturnia, entièrement gratuit. Nous revenons dès que possible, et tombons de plus en plus en amour de cette magnifique région.

San Vincenzo e il suo mare sono perfetti per una vacanza lunga al mare.

La villetta è davvero carina e confortevole, ben tenuta e pulita ci siamo trovati molto bene. La distanza dal mare non è eccessiva bellissimo farla in bici all'andata con all'orizzonte il mare è il vento nei capelli ma al ritorno la salita è' da veri duri. Meglio procurarsi una bici elettrica anche perché' a San Vincenzo non c'è' molto parcheggio se non a pagamento.
