The apartment is part of a building and is on the first floor. We are close to the stretch of beach presided over by the Nettuno beach club, while both to the right and left we find a free beach. Being in Corso Italia we are in the convenience of services, as the first shopping center is less than 100 meters away, the center of the town is a stone's throw away and everything remains within reach. In Corso Italia n.9e, inside the condominium called "LE PALME", we rent a two-level apartment located on the first floor with elevator and private parking space. The condominium has a swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th. Internally it consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and a small terrace facing the pool on the first floor, while on the upper floor there is a large mezzanine bedroom with an additional bathroom. EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, small electric oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, WIFI and air conditioning.
