This apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building called "Il Cantinon", renovated in 2015. It is located 30 meters from the beach (about 1 minute walk) and 80 meters from the pedestrian area of San Vincenzo. On the ground floor of the building is the Conad city supermarket. The beach in front of the house is very beautiful, made of sand and without rocks. The apartment is 65 square meters and has: \-1 Room with double bed and single bed and additional bed. \-1 Living room with sofa bed \-2 bathroom \- terrace with sea view and table for dining / dining The house has: TV Wi-Fi Internet Heating Air conditioning (2 machines) Lift Complete kitchen Dishwasher Oven Refrigerator and freezer Cooking utensils Ironing board and iron Stretch-linen Dishes, pots, glasses The apartment is located in a building on the second floor, reachable by a convenient elevator, it is 65 square meters divided into 2 floors; on the first floor we find the kitchen (with a dishwasher) connected immediately to the living room, a bathroom (with a washing machine) and a balcony with a table for lunch / dinner. On the second floor there is a single attic room with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. (beautiful sunsets) The accommodation has 5 + 1 beds the sixth on request, with a double bed a single bed and a double sofa bed located in the living room. Both in the first and in the second floor there is AIR CONDITIONING (very important in July / August) and a television. The house is located 50 meters from the beach, in a residential neighborhood a few steps from the marina and the center. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, a few steps from the best restaurants of San Vincenzo. Der Blick von den beiden Balkonen traumhaft. Im Inserat steht Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Tatsächlich besteht die Wohnung aus einem Raum über 2 Etagen mit einer sehr steilen, fast schon halsbrecherischen Treppe, mit wackligem Geländer. Der obere Raum ist zum größten Teil bei einer Körpergröße über 1,60 m kaum ohne ständiges Kopf einziehen begehbar, Kopf stoßen vorprogrammiert. Das gilt insbesondere für das obere, ca. 1 m breite Bad. Im oberen Bad ist der Wasserdruck so spärlich, dass im Prinzip kein warmes Wasser ankommt. Die Wohnung liegt ca 30 m vom gut befahrenen Bahndamm entfernt, Schlaf mit Ohropax war dann möglich. Das Wasser ist mindestens 130m entfernt, auch hier stimmt das Inserat nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Der untere Bereich ist Küche und Wohnzimmer in einem, wer es mag, kann auf dem Klappsofa gern schlafen… Oben stehen zwei Betten in einem Raum, bei mehreren Parteien gibt es keine Privatsphäre.
