Sited within the exclusive area known as “I giardini d’Aldia” (the gardens of Aldia), this exceptionally comfortable villa plays host to four en suite bedrooms, a lounge diner with a stunning view of the sea, and a large veranda that overlooks the swimming pool, with the sea beyond. The modern kitchen, complete with an island, is the perfect place for a bite to eat as you look out to sea. The large garden with its sun loungers offers yet another opportunity to admire the sea views. There are two living areas, a furnished solarium and a garage. Wi-Fi, Netflix, 2 x 50-inch TVs  
  
Surrounded by other villas, it is located just 2 km from Punt’Aldia and 5 km from the vibrant town of San Teodoro. Moreover, it is situated a mere 20 minutes’ drive from the airport and sea port of Olbia. In the vicinity there are 13 wonderful beaches, as well as the marine protected area of Tavolara.
