The location is perfect and there are many good beaches only 10-15 minutes by car, close to Residence Roccarosa. We particularily liked Lu Impostu, which also had a nice restaurant. There is also a small shop and some restaurants close to the house. We stayed in apartment 3, which had two bedrooms and a big terrace. It might be worth mentioning that the house is a sous terrain, so some apartments are below ground (not ours). The area around Residence Roccarosa is nice and spatious, and very well kept by our hosts. They were very nice and helpful to us during our stay. After long searching we stopped at the Residence Roccarosa: cleanness, swimming pool, seaview, terrace and and not farway from Olbia's airport. And we were not disapointed! The residence is really very well-maintained, equipped with all necesseties in the apartments. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of water is perfect. You can relax in the whirpool enjoying the great seaview! The owners of the Residence Roccarosa Salvatore and Maria Teresa are very pleasant and hospitable people. The Residence is situated in 10 minutes by car from San Teodoro where you can find all restaurants and local fresh fish. It takes about 8-20 min.drive to get to all the beaches.
