Best place in Punta Molara

Villa Macor is a beautiful and quiet place to stay: the house was beautiful and very comfortable, the garden with patio the nicest place to stay. The beach was very close to the house and Maurizio has been very nice and gentle to us. I hope we will have the chance to come back again in this paradise corner!

Very nice stay

We spent 2 weeks in the house and really enjoyed our stay in Punta Molara. The house has everything you need, and the garden and surroundings are beautiful. Several small, beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance in just a few minutes. Communication with the host was always easy and efficient. Thank you Maurizio.

Amazing villa

Our stay at the holiday villa was awesome. The villa's location was perfect – peaceful but not far from restaurants and amazing beaches. The car is a must if you want to explore nearby beaches and villages. The villa's beauty and peacefulness took us far away from our daily routine. The garden with flowers was so calming. If you want a relaxing and beautiful place to recharge, this villa is it. We totally recommend it and can't wait to go back!

Cosy bungalow

Wonderful location within walking distance of small beaches. Beautiful swimming and views. The house is perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed. We appreciate the outdoor shower and the air conditioning in the house. It took us a while to find the house and to get in touch with the lady to hand over the keys. Schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse mit sehr schöner Sicht aufs Meer in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es war immer schön ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm - wirklich sehr schöne Lage. Zum einen der beiden grossen Strände von San Teodoro waren es knapp 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Perfekt, gerne wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Punta Molara. Die Übergabe und der Kontakt waren sehr nett und problemlos. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und entspannte Tage verbracht. Die etwas abgelegene Lage der Residenz entschädigt auf jeden Fall mit tollem Blick über die Bucht sowie mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge; auch kleine Badebuchten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vor Ort sind, ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich; auch wenn man die Region und die abwechslungsreichen Strände der Umgebung erkunden möchte.

Wunderschönes Haus in malerischer Umgebung

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger, sehr gepflegter Ferienhausanlage mit großem wunderschönem Garten voller duftender Blumen. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer. Gut ausgestattete moderne voll verglaste Küche in der man gerne kocht. Insgesamt zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und unabhängig benutzbaren modernen Bädern plus ein kleines Zimmer mit Stockbett. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere schöne kleine Buchten, die auf einem Pflanzen gesäumten Pfad zu erreichen sind. Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man Fussläufig nicht. Ist aber nicht schlimm. Die Kommunikation mit Maurizio war knapp aber gut. Wir waren begeistert und können das Haus und die Umgebung nur empfehlen.

Superbe maison avec vue mer

La maison est très jolie, meublée avec goût et très propre. La literie était super. Le jardin est très beau et très bien entretenu. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire est charmant et a répondu à toute mes questions dans un délai très court. La procédure arrivée/départ est facilitée par Samuela, une jeune femme très sympathique et très professionnelle. Il faut toutefois savoir que la maison se trouve dans un complexe, éloigné des commerces et des restaurants et que la petite route pour rejoindre l’axe routier principal est un peu longue. Par ailleurs, il n’y a pas de plage à proximité, mais deux jolies petites criques, malheureusement bondées en ce mois d’ Août. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison.

Sehr erholsame Ferien in wunderbar gepflegter Umgebung

Das Objekt, das etwa 4 km vom nächsten Ort entfernt in einer Siedlung von Ferienhäusern in typisch sardischem Stil liegt, ist aufgrund der Beschreibung im Inserat und den Angaben des Vermieters eher schwer zu finden. Einmal angekommen, überrascht das Haus durch seine Sauberkeit und die sehr gepflegte Einrichtung. Die Küche ist klein, aber originell und zweckmässig eingerichtet, die beiden Doppelzimmer sind geräumig, das dritte (mit Doppelstockbett) sehr klein, die beiden Duschen schön, modern und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich leicht regeln und ist im Sommer ein Segen. Die Veranden und der Garten ums Haus sind gepflegt und bieten immer einen schattigen Sitzplatz sowie einen gemauerten Grill. Was wir vermisst haben, sind ein Gartentisch und einige Gartenstühle. Die ganze Siedlung wird von einem Team von Gärtnern liebevoll gehegt und grünt und blüht dank der nächtlichen Bewässerung. Dank des siedlungseigenen Sicherheitsdienstes (Vigilanza) fühlt man sich sehr sicher. In 5 - 10 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Haus erreicht man über einen bequemen Gehweg durch die Macchia verschiedene kleinere Strände, die selten überlaufen sind und zum Sonnenbaden und Schnorcheln einladen. Für grosse Partys ist die Siedlung nicht geeignet, aber für Ruhesuchende ideal. Leider verfügt sie über keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit; für die Fahrt zum nächsten Dorf über einen steilen Hügel ist ein Auto fast zwingend. Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben in diesem Haus und in seiner Umgebung (San Teodoro, San Paolo, Olbia) gemütliche, erholsame Ferien verbracht und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Per chi piace la bellezza e la tranquillità - da non perdere -

Durante la seconda quindicina di luglio io e mia moglie insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici - fedelissimi della Sardegna - abbiamo trascorso le nostre "vacanze" in questo splendido residence deliziandoci del meraviglioso scenario di panorama che ogni giorno ci concedeva grazie alla bellissima veranda rivolta verso il mare: una carica di colori che a noi "cittadini di tutti i giorni " non abbiamo. Nella villetta ( accogliente e accessoriata )non mancava nulla , dal vettovagliamento, al climatizzatore, al magnifico giardino ottimamente tenuto, al barbecue integrato in veranda, alle zanzariere nella zona notte , a tante altre piccole "chicche" come ad esempio la scelta di fare la lavanderia all'esterno ma anche quella della cucina completamente organizzata in una zona " open" nella praticissima seconda veranda insomma un " full optional" di gradimento in tutto per tutto tant'è che "girelloni come siamo noi" , quest'anno ci siamo trovati a cenare , spesso e con piacere, in veranda trascurando i locali che si trovano nei dintorni dove sappiamo che si mangia molto bene. Una vacanza azzeccata in tutto per tutto e un ringraziamento anche al diretto proprietario il quale pur non conoscendoci di persona è stato molto cordiale e gentile.

Tavolara nel cuore.

Bella la casa di Maurizio. Molto più bella di quanto appaia dalle illustrazioni pubblicate. Il giardino è splendido e perfettamente manutenuto. La veranda che si affaccia su Molara e Tavolara, al riparo dai venti, ti costringe a vivere all'aperto per tutta la vacanza. L'interno è spazioso ed attrezzato, grande soggiorno, comodissimi i doppi servizi e le due camere. Discrezione assoluta del proprietario così come quella del personale del Comprensorio che garantisce cura e sicurezza.
