MaryLou: Cozy Studio 5 Minutes from the Beach

  • Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara: just 5 \'walk from the beach of the residential village of Cala Ginepro, a newly renovated studio with a bathroom entirely carved into the rock in pure \"Costa Smeralda\" style with shower.

    Outdoor shower. barbecue and gazebo, ideal for eating out.

    Studio composed as follows

    - living room with kitchen and two sofa beds

    - a bathroom

    - large outdoor area with table and chairs



    Quiet (no contiguous road nearby), but at the same time very well located.



    Possibility of having a rubber dinghy at your disposal from the Cala Ginepro beach for a fantastic excursion in the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo.
