Located on Via Cedrino in San Teodoro, this 70 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin with direct garden access), and 1 bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for your convenience. Enjoy air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, a private TV, fan, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access throughout the house.



Outside, relax in the large private garden surrounding the villa on three sides, with a private barbecue for outdoor dining and a private covered terrace. The outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off after the beach.



Parking includes 1 shared covered spot on site and street parking. Pets are allowed (one maximum), smoking is permitted, but events are not allowed. Beach towels are provided on request and available for an extra fee; public transport is within walking distance.



The villa is in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from nightlife and local amenities. La Cinta beach is a short drive away. A tennis court is 15 minutes on foot. Cleaning service is available on request for an extra fee.
