The apartment is located in the urbanization Marina de la Alcaidesa of the quiet village of Alcaidesa, which is guarded 24 hours a day, has access to 4 swimming pools and dense gardens. Wide balcony has a sea view and dining furniture. The beach is within few minutes to walk, just cross the street, pass hole 7 underground passage of the great Alcaidesa the Links golf course and you are there. Apartment has a large living / dining area with seating and dining furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are equipped with bed sheets, dowels, towels, and personal hygiene products. The whole apartment has the air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, hob, coffee machine and a kettle. In the pantry washing machine, iron, Ironing Board. There are restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy in the village Alcaidesa to guarantee you a pleasant stay.
