Home was clean and well maintained. Fridge was stocked with drinks for us to enjoy, and drawers, etc. were labeled to help find things in the kitchen. The manual included recommended places to eat (even "mention our name" type of places). Communication was quick and friendly. On the second night of our stay, the Nest thermostat suddenly stopped working. As soon as I contacted the hosts, they came over to fix it, even bringing a plug-in fan to help cool the home until they were able to come back the same night with a replacement thermostat. Conveniently located, and there's an enjoyable restaurant practically across the street. We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in the North Bay area!

Stay here was one of the best we've had in a while. It was immaculately cleaned host was very communicative. I would highly recommend for future stays. The unit was very close to everything in San Rafael.
