Our stay at Casa de Campo was fantastic. We really enjoyed the unique feel of the resort. It doesn't feel like a hectic all-inclusive resort at all, if anything it feels more like a neighborhood that happens to have world-class golf courses, great restaurants and a stunning beach. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, helpful and would go out of their way to help. Jesus, our assigned concierge, was super proactive at making sure we were happy and all of our needs were met. I want to make a special mention of Yocasta, the maid assigned to our villa. She is so helpful, and was one of the main reasons we enjoyed our stay so much. She cooked delicious breakfasts every morning, had coffee ready by the time we woke up, helped us with lunch and any food needs we had, prepared fantastic smoothies for the kids while they played in the pool, and made sure that everything was spotless all the time. We are so thankful for her incredible service.

The staff at this resort are AMAZING. They are so kind and detailed oriented. I never had any issue getting what I needed. The resort is gorgeous and I love the location of all of the restaurants bars, pools, and Beach. The way the resort flows together so seamless. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff came in to check on the room multiple times a day. They were not stingy with towels or bottled water, which I really appreciate and room service was quick! It was not the best food I’ve ever had, but it also was not bad at all. And drinks were great and I definitely would return!

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

This was my first stay at TRS Turquesa and I loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially my butler, Randy! He helped make my dinner reservations and was quick to respond when I had questions. I highly recommend TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana, and will come again!
