"Muy oscuro. Poca iluminación. Mucha distancia de un lugar a otro. El aire acondionado es pobre. Fatal el del teatro y las tiendas. La ducha se le estanca el agua a punto de desbordante. Personal atento pero falta de entrenamiento. Escasean bebidas específicas. Poco personal en áreas de piscina para ordenar tragos. Para un hotel tan grande hay pocos lugares para tomar un café. No hay helado en ningún lugar solamente en el bulevar y hasta las 8 de la noche Escasos carros de golf para transportar al parqueo o la playa. Comida bien elaborada. Falta especificar con carteles nombre de los platos. Muchas plantas cerca de la piscina por ende hojas dentro de ella. Abejas en el agua por exceso de vegetación con flores Los restaurant todos excelentes 10 para el Brasileño muy profesionales. El Italiano tiene el plato de lingüíni con langosta que no especifica el costo adicional y en el buffet dan langosta sin costo."

"Julia, the Expedia rep, was very nice and helpful. The food at the different restaurants was good and had a nice variety. The pool area was great. Did not like that they were constantly trying to upcharge you for different things. We could not use the beach at all due to the Sargasso seaweed so that was very disappointing."

"Love the staff!!!! They really make you feel welcome and want you to enjoy yourself. Our butler Jorge was there for us whenever we needed him. The bar staff at the pool was very entertaining and on point!! This place is a huge value for the money. It was our second visit and will be going again."

"We spent one night and it was perfect. The room was clean the staff was helpful and polite. The food was ok. Over half the drinks on their menu were unavailable or they didn’t know how to make them. I still gave them a 5 star rating, because we had planned to eat somewhere else, but we were too tired to venture out."
