We spent 14 days at this resort. It was our yearly reunion, my birthday as well as my brother in law’s. We’re glad we chose this place. The beach was rocky but water shoes solved it for us. Our maid Carmen Santana was great! Came to clean our room and bathroom likewise refilled our refrigerator daily. Masseuse Orbida is very good that we went for another massage before we went home. Activities by the pool, beach, plaza and parties, dancing everyday. Shows at the theater also varies. As for...

Amazing!!!!!

Spent 9 nights in the wonderful Palace resort with my wife, 20 month son and both sets of Grandparents. The gardens were amazing and the resort was constantly being cleaned to a high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had a slight issue with our key cards not working but was resolved relatively quickly. Although to be honest it felt like one big resort but it was noticed that people generally stuck to their own sides. The Palace resort is an Italian resort with a splash of...

Quite location, and not so far from the center. It was a great stop before moving on to Samana. Both receptionists were helpful and lovely.

Stayed with my husband and 1 year old baby. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Our suite was superb and we loved our plunge pool. Food was delicious but we felt it was slightly overpriced. The golf carts were an excellent idea to help us get to both the private and public beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples alike.

Amazing hotel I didn’t want to leave it’s the best hotel ever

High end resort, staff very accommodating, always a different activity or event on during the evening
