"This hotel is walkable from the main station and also has parking. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property has a wide range of breakfast options and is walkable from the city center. There was a school trip staying in the hotel during the same time, and they were very loud throughout the evening, night, and morning - including slamming doors and screaming in the hallways and breakfast room. The hotel is large and I would’ve preferred to have been given a room in a different area of the hotel, which may be outside of staff control. "

They all provided exceptional service for our (rather large) party, who were all staying for a different number of nights. Everything was handled perfectly. And Francesco was particularly impressive, remembering the names of our individual party members throughout our stay. He seemed to be everywhere in the hotel all the time. Very impressive. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn!"
