Our cozy flat is ideal for 5/7 guests, located on the first floor of the building and reachable with both a lift that starts from the first floor and an external staircase. It has a living room with a single sofa bed and two pull-out single beds (they can be joined), an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, which cannot be joined, a windowed bathroom with a shower curtains, a balcony and one parking space per booking. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours \*Check-in: from 17:00 to 19:00 \*Check-out: until 09:00 °Services/items not included -
