The large sofa bed offers extra sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for two to four guests.



From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious sun terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the open air, soak up the South Tyrolean sun, or unwind after an eventful day. The apartment is located directly in the hiking area at the heart of the Passeier Valley. The spa town of Merano is only 9 km away and easily accessible.



Free underground and carport parking spaces are available directly at the property. The underground garage also offers two charging stations for electric cars. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored in the dedicated e-bike room. Pets are welcome on request. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
