"Pésima experiencia para un hotel que cobra más de $10k la noche. Al llegar el baño del lobby tapado con toda la suciedad flotando. El servicio del lobby bastante deficiente a la llegada, se tardaron más de 35 minutos en todo el proceso de check in (el cual ya habíamos hecho 2 días antes vía whats que ellos mismos solicitaron) El room service bastante deficiente, llegaron incluso a olvidar pedidos que literalmente nunca nos legaron.
