Charging for parking in a mall parking lot that's not even secure to the facility is a bit of a rip-off. Also the shower was a bit wonky and only flowed with a trickle. The tub was very slow draining. The staff was amazing polite on the spot and very helpful.

The stay was great. Check in was easy. Hotel was clean and had a convenient location. The nightly reception was wonderful and staff was very professional and friendly. The only thing I think they could improve on was that there was plenty of parking within a public lot but still charged for parking.
