"Pool was enjoyable, very clean, liner needs to be replaced but totally acceptable. Staff is the most amazing part, alway ready to help out. Room was new with a strong air conditioner, once the door is closed it was totally sound proof. We enjoyed it and will be back again"

"Reception and staff were all very pleasant and friendly. When the safe’s alarm went off because of low batteries, they promptly came and serviced it. The bathroom itself was fairly small. The shower had a bit of mold, and the shower doors did not completely close. It was also a fairly small shower, with barely enough room to turn around in it. Water pressure was decent. The only toiletries provided was from the wall-mounted soap dispenser. The bed was extremely firm, as were all the pillows (not to taste). There was parking in front of the hotel, and it was easy to get in and out of. It was close to multiple restaurants, easily walkable."

"The room where clean but the walls of the balcony could do with some cleaning. The hotel location is not far from the main city but having your own transport will be helpful. There's free parking at the hotel. Reception staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing."

"We had such a great time at this place! The house was super clean—everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it easy to settle in and just relax. The pool was amazing. It was sparkling and perfect for lounging, swimming & soaking up the sun. Our kids had a blast in it. The owner was awesome—really responsive and on top of things. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and were genuinely helpful. It felt like they really cared about making our stay smooth and enjoyable.Definitely recommend, and we’d love to come back sometime!"

"Though the villa is out of the town (you should definitely rent a small car) once you get to the villa, it is serene, spacious, clean and inviting. Our host Anna was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Internet access is very good even in that remote area. The pool and the grounds are kept clean and are lovely for relaxing. There is a grocery very close by, just about 6 minutes drive, with all your needs. If you want to be close to the action of the town, it's just a few minutes drive away, before you return to the serenity and beautiful views at Villa Letizia."
