Anna is een fantastische gastvrouw. Ze ontvangt je met open armen en je voelt je meteen welkom. Ze is ongelooflijk aardig en helpt je met alles. We hebben ontzettend hard genoten van ons verblijf hier! Calabrië is een prachtige streek om te ontdekken. En zeker met alle tips van Anna.

Nous avons adoré la région et l'appartement. Anna est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons quand même souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur mais Anna est très sensibilisée et promet de résoudre ce problème dès que possible. A noté la proximité des plages à moins de 5mn. Nous espérons revenir.

La casa si presenta molto comoda ed accogliente. Iniziando dalla cucina, curata in ogni dettaglio. Le camere da letto spaziose e confortevoli. Lo spazio esterno dove abbiamo trascorso le nostre serate. Nonostante il caldo e l'assenza dei condizionatori, abbiamo trovato ristoro grazie alla presenza di due ventilatori. Vicino al mare ed al centro di Guardia. Infine l'ospitalità è la cordialità della signora Anna sono impeccabili.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen vom Strand. Daher aber sehr ruhig bis auf den sich in Grenzen haltenden Autolärm von der Schnellstraße, die sich etwas unterhalb befindet. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Frau Ambrosini ist eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin die sich sofort kümmert wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Mit der Wohnung und der großen Terrasse war es ein schöner aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

Mansarda pulita e dotata di ogni comodità a soli 3 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La terrazza esterna è l'ideale per cenare/grigliare godendosi i tramonti e il panorama sul mare. La posizione della casa permette inoltre di raggiungere i principali centri della costa in pochissimo tempo. Consigliatissima!

La mansarda è molto accogliente, luminosa , con una bellissima vista sul mare. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa nostra. Consigliata, la Calabria è stupenda anche in inverno.

Mansarda confortevole, pulita, fresca e ventilata. La zona è tranquilla, lontana dai rumori del traffico ferroviario. Provvista di un angolo terrazzo coperto da un gazebo ottimo per le cene a lume di candela.. Distante dal mare circa 1 km....proprietaria disponibile e gentile..

Il appartamento è troppo pulito si può fare benissimo la corrente dl'aria . Si ha tanto spazio nel giardino. La proprietaria è sempre alla disposizione. Si sente purtroppo i treni , il traffico e i cani abbaiandi. La spiaggia è tranquilla.

Prima di tutto un ringraziamento ai proprietari che sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili.La posizione della villa è stupenda e la collocazione della mansarda tale da garantire indipendenza e privacy.Anche il nostro "bambino peloso" è stato accolto senza problemi.La mansarda è molto spaziosa ed il terrazzino esterno offre la possibilità di stare all'aperto sia di giorno che di sera.Mi permetterei di suggerire la fornitura di biancheria da bagno.Penso anche sia importante sottolineare la necessità dell'automobile per gli spostamenti : il centro di Guardia Piemontese non è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi,e tantomeno negozi e supermercati per la spesa.

Ottima location, porzione di villa, appartamento mansardato ideale per soggiorni brevi o lunghi, da single o con famiglia. Abbiamo passate quattro settimane in pieno relax con bambini e due cani (ben accetti). Macchina indispensabile per raggiungere le numerose spiagge e le località turistiche

Una mansarda senza i problemi delle mansarde!

La mansarda e' ampia (anche in altezza), fresca, pulita e gode di una ampissima vista trovandosi in posizione rialzata rispetto al livello del mare; inoltre e' inserita in una gradevole "villotta" circondata da alberi e arbusti tipici della flora mediterranea tra i quali abbiamo facilmente parcheggiato la nostra auto. Dobbiamo proprio dire che il nostro soggiorno nella mansarda e' stato tranquillo e riposante come volevamo e che la casa e' stata una piacevole sorpresa.
