  • The Laugen holiday apartment is located in the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria), a lively holiday destination on the southern side of the Ötztal Alps at 690 m above sea level, just 20 km from the famous spa town of Merano (Meran). The area offers a wide range of sports and entertainment options throughout the year. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as a baby cot and a high chair (available on request for an extra fee).



    Outside, you will find a shared garden and balcony, plus a communal covered terrace with mountain views.



    The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away (400 m). In St. Leonhard in Passeier, you will also find bakeries, restaurants, bars, and an outdoor adventure pool with free entry, open from around mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only a 15-minute drive away (17 km). The closest airport is in Innsbruck, about 2 hours away by car.



    Free parking is available in front of the house, or you can use a garage space for an extra fee. Bringing small to medium-sized pets is allowed on request and for an extra fee. Baby cot and high chair are each available for an extra fee.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in der Residence Talblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum war vorhanden, sowie Besen etc. fürs Saubermachen zwischendurch.Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Abreise unkompliziert.Im Ort waren mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants vorhanden und fußläufig zu erreichen.Das Wandergebiet war umfangreich und sehr gut ausgebaut, sowie Bergbahnen vorhanden, die mit der Gästekarte teilweise kostenlos nutzbar waren. Kostenlos konnte auch das schöne Freibad benutzt werden, welches wir aufgrund der Hitze beinahe täglich aufgesucht haben:)Der wirklich einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Lage der Wohnung an einer Straße, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat, da der Verkehr nicht sehr intensiv ist. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
