This beautiful apartment with mountain views features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, toys and children's books, a vacuum cleaner, underfloor heating, and a towel dryer, as well as a private 30 m² terrace with seating and loungers. A high chair is available free of charge upon request. A baby cot is available upon request for an extra fee. There is a playground with a slide, swing, and sandbox. In the family-owned Hofschenke on the ground floor, you can enjoy homemade products. A bike rental and a bus stop are about 2 km away. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are in St. Martin in Passeier (2.4 km). The property is also an ideal starting point for hikes of all levels.
