Such a lovely hotel with beautiful high-quality decor and furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the environment peaceful for a good night's sleep. Will definitely come back again.

the room was filthy, bathroom full of mold which made it unsanitary. Hotel is run down and not maintained properly. Frankly speaking the worst room my wife and I had experienced in over 30 years of travel... Have pictures taken in the bathroom which I intend to send to the management of the hotel.

Do not rely on the restauarant being open
This hotel is of very good quality for the price. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was first class and the restaurant food and wine was high quality and of a reasonable price. The hotel generally was a pleasant place to be and the staff were courteous. Unfortunately these positives were negated by what we would describe as a total lack of consideration for our comfort and well being on new years eve. Having eaten in the restaurant the first two nights of our three night stay, we were left agast at discovering the restaurant closed new years eve. No attempt had been made to make us aware of this. Because every other local food outlet was either closed or fully booked, we did not get to eat that evening Had we been made aware of the withdrawal of this service that was advertised as available when we booked, we would as reasonable people have made alternative plans by probably eating lunchtime. This was not how we expected to celebrate the end of 2022

I actually stayed Sunday to Friday for the tile exhibition and it gave everything needed The wifi was good, nice shower over a deep bath, air conditioning easy to use and good Many channels on tv and able to turn some of them to english speaking Restaurant for dinner was okay and although limited menu it gets changed every night, good breakfast too tosay i was in Italy as bacon and scrambled eggs every morning Overall was a good hotelwith nice but old and somwhat tired rooms

Great hotel. Needs some attention.
This place is a real gem! In such a pretty picturesque area. The staff on our arrival and departure was so welcoming!!! The room was spacious and clean. I would say that this hotel would be EXCEPTIONAL if there was attention to details like wall stains and dust around furniture. Breakfast was perfect for us and had a really nice green apple juice! That was cool! We will stay again if needed.

Overall is great but a bit too far from the city.
Overall was great. Room is clean, service is very nice and friendly, breakfast is also good. The restaurant nearby this hotel is tasty and affordable. Only one thing I cannot say great is the location. There is almost nothing in walking distance except the very nice restaurant.

Nice and big bedrooms, great breakfast and you have parking. The building is located in a big area with parks. Quite bit far away from the city town but in 10 min by car you are there

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura molteplici volte con le passate gestione quindi pensavo di ritrovare lo stesso standard. E' vero che x mio errore ho prenotato una stanza standard, ma tale non e' neanche a livello di affittacamere di ultimo livello!!!!!! Niente frigobar, bagno indecente con finestre esterne bloccate, rubinetti scrostati ma soprattutto con scarico doccia non funzionante. Esperienza pessima da non ripetere

la posizione .fantastica, silenzioza , ma la struttura e mal ridotta, camere che puzzano di muffa , rubinetti rotti, tv non funzionanti, potrebbe essere un hotel da sogno con un pò di manuntezione e cura dell'esterno che potrebbe essere un giardino meraviglioso

Arriviamo a mezzanotte e 15 e finiamo il check-in di 2 stanze 30 minuti dopo. Sembrerebbe che il pc e l’aria condizionata a causa del caldo non funzionino (?) e altri ospiti stavano cambiando stanza. Ci sistemano in un’ala della struttura (struttura davvero molto grande ) senza aria condizionata nei corridoi ed anche se era ormai l’una di notte il caldo era soffocante ma l’aria nelle stanza funzionava. Peccato che in una delle nostre 2 stanze c’erano un calabrone ed un ragno . Chiamiamo per farci cambiare stanza e notiamo che sul corridoio ci sono diversi calabroni morti sulla moquette. Cose positive la colazione molto varia e la posizione vicino all’autostrada .
