"Terrible. Upon arriving the staff was completely unprofessional and the front desk staff had an absolute attitude. Only one person was helpful. The rest were AWFUL. I paid for two queen ocean view room and got offered a king and gave me attitude when I turned it out. My room was not ready until 4:30 ..."
