    "Everything was great. A good hotel for couples just looking for a room to relax in after a day full of activities. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially Chris who checked us in. Housekeeper came daily to replace the towels and sheets. Only downside was the shower caused a lot of water to spill out into our room due to there not being a door. But that was as expected, I knew about it at booking and we just threw down a few towels to contain the water, no biggie!"

During our stay, we made three separate requests, and each time the response followed the same pattern: staff would say they would "do their best" or "check for us," but the information they provided was either inaccurate or misleading. Honest communication would greatly improve the guest experience."
