"Shuttle service in Old San Juan was a game changer. Breakfast was good just extremely busy. Checkin was not available exactly a 4 pm; There were alot a people waiting in the lobby so I assume this was other guest's experience as well"

"The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is big. There is air conditioning, a microwave and a fridge in the room. At first my fridge didn't worked but once I reported it, they fixed it. As far as everything else, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the security is tight. ..."
