As much as we hate to leave these comments, we felt compelled to do so for others not to be subjected to the discomfort we experienced. We arrived late at night, check in at the complex gate was smooth ( friendly and attentive gate keeper), parking in front of our tower was easy and in nice proximity of the entrance to the lobby, getting to our Apt was easy. We entered and as expected we needed to turn on the air conditioner ( which unfortunately was only available in the bedroom!) we were up for a bit looking around the Apt and checking out the balcony , when the horror was realized. The cooling unit up on the wall in our bedroom was vented out to the balcony, the heat from that exhaust unit on the balcony was so intense, coupled with the beautiful sea breezes that pushed the hot air into the living room/ dining area made it feel like you were in a sauna. There was a ceiling fan and a floor fan available but they didn’t help much because of the circulation of the hot air coming off the balcony through the Venetian window blinds on either side of the balcony door. Then we started to find issues like mold under the kitchen sink, the oven door required cleaning, and this was totally unacceptable, the shower door was broken on one side where the wheels were coming off the track and had to be carefully adjusted with each use, not to mention the mold buildup and crack on the shower floor pan that filled with water and gushed up when stepped on. OMG I have no room. There’s more!
