    We have one bedroom with a queen bed, a mezzanine with two twin beds and one bathroom. Also, a private pool and an outdoor shower.

    Cute charming walk-up located 12 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom is a mezzanie with two twin beds. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and to Old San Juan.

The apartment was clean and very cute. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances, and they provided both regular bath towels and beach towels. The location was literally right at the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

The apartment is amazing. I did expect from the description that you'd be able to see the beach fron the upstairs balcony but it is so close to the beach and the wading pool that heats up is so great that it didn't matter. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, perfect set up and very clean. Ana is amazing and was the best. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Puerto Rico is beautiful. The beach is literally 12 steps away.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is great, and in walking distance to everything we needed-grocery store, restaurants, stores, and of course, the beautiful beach! The pool is an added bonus! The hosts are spectacular and provided us with so many restaurant and activity recommendations. Highly recommended staying here!

The location was perfect! The beach was so close but also within walking distance to so many eateries. Great part of San Juan. More spacious than most and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed although the wifi never worked great. Isabel the owner communicated well before our stay and Ana the property manager was super helpful with check in info and any questions we had while we were there. Responded right away. The apartment had character and charm and we felt right at home. The outdoor areas were nice to have as well.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Delightful

My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. I would totally recommend this property!

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

Great location and comfortable property

If you want a place that's close to the beach in a safe neighborhood, this is it. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room that's three steps away from a private-patio hot tub. My wife and I stayed here with our 13-year-old-granddaughter, and it was ideal. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was in inventory. There are great restaurants close by, including an amazing bakery called Kasalta (that Barack Obama visited). Host's PR information was abundant and availability was excellent.

The property it was wonderful and so close to the beach. And it was very charming. And they were so accommodating and quick to response. Even when I didn’t book the correct amount of people they were very understanding. Literally steps away from the beach
