It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Centrally located. This property is worthy of considerstion should you be looking for a quaint, cozy, clean, and centrally located stay in Downtown San Juan. This structure has been remodeled and repurposed wonderfully leaving many of the original old world spanish touches and accents. There is alot of yraffic noise due to heing on a small but very busy street. If silence is your thing, this is not for you. Property owner is a good human snd a pleasant to deal with. It was very clean, and had all the basic necessities, but was in a neighborhood that appeared to be safe during the day, but I would hesitate to go out on the streets alone at night. It would have helped to have instructions for the microwave and the stove top. The bedrooms were roomy, but there was a lot of traffic noise at night.
