I absolutely loved my stay at this property! Everything was extremely clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The property owners were amazing and always responded quickly whenever I had a question or needed anything. The location was perfect and so close to everything, which made getting around super easy. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful beach view—it was even better in person! I had such a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had were the knives provided in the kitchen being a bit dull when cooking- otherwise, it was perfect.

Our family had a fantastic experience here! We were able to get assistance and quick responses for anything we needed. The location was great to access the beach, walk to surrounding areas, or grab an Uber. Was also able to get Walmart delivery. Pretty much all of the initial supplies were enough to last our week long trip. Would highly recommend!!

The location was perfect, I loved the beach chairs and cooler that were available for use! I wish the check in process was more smoother, was hard not having someone onsite to help initially, but the host were quick to respond to messages. The room was not the cleanest and sinks were clogged when we arrived, but was taken care of quickly. Overall recommend!

The Beach view and access cannot be beat. BUT... check in is 4pm, you get 1 washcoth, 1 hand towell, 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per person and 2 rolls of tp for 7 days. That's terrible! I am not traveling with all of those items in my suitcase. Parking is super tight but happy to have it. The bathroom lights, vents, and tile could use a good cleaning. The property is secure, convenient, very basic except for THAT VIEW!!!

There were issues with how clean everything was, some things like the small pillow on our bed had stains, the garbage had some Oreos in it left over, and there were little stains everywhere. Overall it was a nice little place to stay for a quick trip.

I feel awful to write a review on someone who probably uses this as a form of income. However, it is important to keep things clean for customers. The view was beautiful, it would have been better if the windows were clean. The futon and sheets in the living room had questionable bodily fluids (I have pictures but will not be posting here for the sake of us). The A/C in the bedroom did not work. On our last day, it finally got to 77 F. The other days it was 82. We had to leave on the fan as well. I was sent an email about receiving a code 15 min before check-in and I did not receive it an hour and half later. Check-in was at 4:00 pm, I did not receive the email until 5:30. The code to enter did not work so I had to use the key... the building is old... would never stay here again. If you want a nice experience, save a little money and stay somewhere else.
