Fully remodeled unit, complete furniture, appliances, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and WIFI. It includes one designated private carport, and the apartment has internal access to a private rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the ocean and city. The condo has beach chairs and coolers. The penthouse guests have access to the apartment building’s pool. The clean and modern penthouse apartment is just half a block from the Isla Verde beach in the area in front of the former Ritz-Carlton Hotel, offering energizing ocean, city, lagoon, and airport views. This bright and spacious unit has been fully remodeled and comes equipped with complete furnishings, appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. The rental includes one designated private carport, and the apartment offers internal access to a private rooftop terrace with stunning 360-degree views of the ocean and city. Beach chairs and coolers are provided for your convenience, and guests also have access to the building’s swimming pool. Located just 5 minutes from the airport, the home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with a beach directly across the street and only a short two-block walk to Isla Verde Avenue. The Isla Verde strip features restaurants, bars, major hotels, pharmacies, fast-food options, and other amenities. You may choose to rent a car if you plan to explore outside the metro area, but if your plans focus on the beach and metro region, Uber is the most convenient option. The apartment was clean and was plenty of space for our family. We loved sitting up at the roof top deck and using the nice kitchen. Bedrooms were perfect fit .
