Great place for a last minute stay. Clean and wide space rooms. Pool small but comfortable. Very aesthetic. Vouchers for breakfast lunch or dinner for nice restaurants near by. Staff super helpful and attentive. For the price it exceeded my expectations!!

The location is cozy, locked entrance to the hotel. The layout was nice and the AC was cold. There were no water issues which was a huge bonus since alot of local areas are having issues with water supply. They provided us vouchers for breakfast every morning including out checkout day which was a huge money saver. We enjoyed our stay and staff were awesome and easy to contact.

Wonderful Stay at Patio Elba Suites, San Juan I had a wonderful experience at Patio Elba Suites in San Juan. From the moment I arrived, the front desk agent was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious and perfect for our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the private hot tub on our balcony—it was absolutely wonderful! It added such a special touch to the experience and made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The complimentary bottles of water was also a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.  I would definitely recommend Patio Elba Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay in San Juan. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit!

What a gem! Tucked away in Santurce, near walkable cafes teaming with culture and true Boricua life. Attention was paid to every detail. I loved my room in the lower area. So quiet! So adorable! I can't wait to return. Santurce is alive and this hotel is a haven!

This was such an amazing find! I needed a last minute place to stay for a night, it was such a cute place to stay. The receptionist was so incredible, friendly, warm, and welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem I’m so glad we found this place. Will absolutely be back!

Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. For those looking for a picturesque backdrop for your media endeavors this place will surely please you. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Staff was amazing! We were grateful for their kindness and all they did to make it a good stay. Hotel was clean. We didn’t get to try the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. Both are smaller, so not a large pool for kids/family swimming.

This place is a hidden gem!! There's great air conditioning, parking available about two blocks away, and you can arrange for them to pick you up from the airport and drop you off to the airport. I rented a two bedroom kitchenette. There was adequate air conditioning and a beautiful soaking tub, sitting on the private backpatio. I can't wait to come back!! And I highly recommend the restaurant around the corner called Baby Grill. They serve breakfast and lunch.
