Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the pool only available to guest of the complex. Our property is situated within walking distance to everything. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers

SPACE:
The main living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv or sleep on the futon couch. In front of the futon, smart tv is equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows free Cable TV included. A desk with space for a laptop and a chair that's comfortable to work in. The apartment has 500 sqf. approx. dimension.

KITCHEN: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a queen size bed for two guest, twin nightstands, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. The complex included a pool, security, coin laundry on the ground floor.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience CVS is just in front and open 24/7. Our office located just in front of CVS in Isla Verde Avenue for your convenience

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located near the Luis Muñoz Marín international airport in Carolina, PR. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas. You do not need car; you can use UBER if you wish to go around.

NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
