The property ascetics were great. The room was not the cleanest the sheets had stains, spiderwebs, our trash was never collected during the 6 days we stayed, water was out in the whole building one morning and bathroom door looked as if it had been broken into. The planes were a little loud but it wasnt terrible. We were able to walk to most restaurants and bars which was nice.

Was private and gated. Property is nice and clean. Loved walking out on the pier through the mangroves. Very much disliked the layout of the rooms. Description said sleeps six and showed 3 beds, however that was deceptive. One room has a king bed. The other has a king bed with a full size bed in the room with it, beds are facing each other. So if you dont want to sleep with your kids in the room or perhaps another couple. Do not select room 203. Other than that was a good place to stay.

I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by.

The staff is practically non existent I saw a few people cleaning once during the day. The refrigerator didn’t work well at all and I got an electric shock plugging in the blow dryer so remember to wear something on your feet when doing so.

There are no attendants to meet incoming reservations. Everything has to be done be phone and the probability of reaching someone is very slim. There are limited servers of cleaning rooms and you have access to clean towels only on the third day of the stay. I would definitely not refer this stay to anyone .

The property is not as advertised. Locateed on a dirt street which actually has no name or address, far from any decent store or restaurant. We called the rental agent and they could not assist us finding the place. We spent 90 minutes in a taxi looking for this terrible property.Room in poor condition and no-one present to provide any service or information. Much better accomodations are available at a lower price right on the beach in Carolina
