  • Welcome to Villa Violeta, a beautiful, refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world.
    (THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.
    SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
    NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)
    The villa accommodates a total of 13 persons in six bedrooms and 5 baths.
    It is in a perfect location due to;
    1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk.
    2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance.
    3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.
    The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.
    It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern.
