Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler.

Had an amazing time here. Property was good looking, safe, and convenient to lots of local attractions. The room was clean and very inviting to hang out in, air conditioning kept it nice and cool and the tv and kitchenette was great for down time. Lots of neat stuff in walking distance. Would recommend to others and would most certainly come again. Thanks for having us!

Great location near some restaurants, and grocery stores, on quiet street. AC, microwave, fridge, private entrance. Friendly and responsive host!

Not the expected settings, entrance is through the bathroom. Good for a 1 person night over stay. Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. Be aware, this location does not provide any toiletries so bring all hygiene necessities including bathroom tissues.

My visit was unforgettable. I met some amazing people and made irreplaceable memories. The landlord is very friendly, local, and informative. I was able to see the rainforest, old San Juan, all the night life, have lots of adventures, eat native food. One of a kind experience 10/10.

Was perfect

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very good for the price. Everything is walking distance around( beach,supermarket, restaurants, bars, casino). Local quiet neighborhood vibes. Has all basic stuff needed to come and chill after a day out. Very cute patio to enjoy your morning coffee and snack meals. Me and my mom loved everything about it ❣️😊🌴

Perfect for What It Is!

The "apartment" is small, the bathroom & shower are small, the neighbor hood is fine, but after dark walking from the main street to the apartment is a bit eerie. However, I would stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to any solo traveler or couples who don't need a lot. The space worked perfectly for my needs & the location was great!

Great location

It has everything you need even for cooking (it’s clear that the host was thoughtful) and it’s in a good location at a reasonable price. The only negative was the bed- it’s not very structurally stable and sags a bit in the middle making couple-sleeping less comfortable than it could be. There’s also bleach stains on the bedding/it could be cleaner. Overall, we were quite happy with it for a couple nights.

Exactly what I needed

This place is perfect for a solo traveler trying to save a bit of money but still be in a desirable area. The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. I only enjoyed the patio area once for a quick cig when I woke up but I could see myself sitting there for a while if I was in an extended stay. The only downsides were the non absorbent bath towels and the small shower with a shower head that needs replaced but the owner told me they would when I noticed them. I definitely plan on returning my next trip to San Juan.

We knew that this property would not be fancy. It is well situated to restaurants as beautifuo beaches. Yes it is small but pretty well appointed kind of like students quarters. It is a quiet place, air conditioner and both fan work well. Very clean. Rudimentary kitchen equiment. Nice outdoor space to sit large tropical trees. TV has netflix.

If you’re looking for living experience similar to the local area, this is a wonderful place to go. The space is minimal but efficient and quite comfortable to be honest the Isla Verde area in Carolina. There is a beautiful beach near there’s a historic cemetery and a lot of other things to see I had a wonderful time in this host was also very accommodating. I will definitely visit here again.

The room was exactly as advertised. It was perfectly located for the beach and lots of bars/restaurants and even a grocery spot if you need! The perfect landing zone while we were enjoying everything PR had to offer. 10/10 would book again!
