Clean hotel
Standard hotel with pool, commercial. The restaurant outside the main complex is very nice. Staff are very helpful. The concierge will park your car, it's free

Hotel seemed empty and far away from everything, spa was not all that was promised. But hotel was comfortable, including the room, service and restaurant.

large hotel in a nice small shopping area
Nice large modern hotel with a very helpful staff. Food and Bar quality was very good. Room very comfortable. Bath room arrangement did not allow one guest to sleep/rest while the other used vaniety area to freshen up. Over all a good choice of hotels.

Carisimo para el servicio que brindan, el spa no funcionaba baño de vapor solo funciobaba el sauna, la habitacion la alfombra con muchas manchas, no acorde a lo que cobran ya que otros hoteles de la misma categoria ofrecen mucho mas por un precio muy inferior

Nos cambiaron de habitacion en el medio de la estadia por problemas tecnicos y no noa dieron beneficio o descue to alguno. El estado del edificio le hace falta mas mantenimiento

En general es un hotel bueno. Al llegar no fue fácil identificar el acceso, tiene deficiente señalización La habitación en la que estuvimos tenía detalles de terminaciones que deberían solucionar para darle más categoría, como por ejemplo el marco de la puerta del baño que estaba oxidado, el piso de la bañera era muy resbaladiza y no tenía nada que proporcionara seguridad. El personal fue muy servicial.

El hotel es la mejor opcion de San juan, pero a mi entender necesita una reforma para modernizar la ambientacion. El WiFi es malo como en toda la ciudad.

Adorei esse hotel! Excedeu as expectativas. O restaurante é muito lindo. Os pratos parecem melhores na descrição do cardápio do que são na realidade.
