The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Would stay again! This was my first time visiting PR and I had to book a last minute stay. This was also my first time using Vrbo and Jose was very kind and communicative during the entire process! My partner and I had a comfortable and cozy time in the apartment and although we were in a new neighborhood with locals, we felt safe thanks for the cameras surrounding the exterior of the property and Terrance. Speaking, the terrace is sooooooo beautiful!!! By far our favorite part of the stay!! We didn’t want to leave! We experienced 2 black outs in PR (part of the nature of living in the island) but Jose has a back up generator and was attentive to this. When my partner and I arrived to the apartment after a night out, Jose was able to meet with us and help us get the generator running so that we could have power throughout the night. My main feedback for Jose is to have detailed steps for check in and to label which keys are for which locks (this was a bit confusing at first).
