    Area is very lively, tonnes to do while also having a peaceful vibe on weekdays and mornings. Lots to eat, lots to do, lots to walk and explore! Beach is very nearby walking distance!

    Recommendation is to use: uber or download the BIRD/Scootel app to use scooters
    Absolutely no smoking inside the house. do not flush anything other than TP & waste
