The Space:

● Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king-sized bed and premium linens for a restful sleep.

● Second Bedroom: Equipped with two comfortable twin beds—ideal for kids or friends.

● Oceanfront Balcony: A spacious spot to enjoy home-cooked meals with the Atlantic as your backdrop.

● Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area for the ultimate convenience.

● Climate Control: High-powered A/C throughout. We want you to be comfortable; if the settings are too "intense" for you, our team is just a message away to help!



Guest Access:

● Amenities: Full access to the building's pool and direct beach access.

● Parking: One assigned parking space is included. Note: The garage has low ceilings; tall trucks or SUVs will not fit.

● Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are conveniently located on the first floor (the in-unit washer/dryer is for staff only).



The Neighborhood:

● Location: Unbeatable spot near the Sonesta and Fairmont resorts.

● Walkability: Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and

pharmacies just steps away.

● Exploration: Just 7 minutes to Condado and 15 minutes to Old San Juan via

Uber or rental car.



Getting Around:

If you plan to explore the area and places such as Condado, Old San Juan, for example, you may use scooter and/or ubers.

If you wish to explore further away places, such as Rincón or Aguadilla , renting a car can be a great option.



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:



* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.



* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.



* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.

We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:



Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.

Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.



🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.



Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
