WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. $200 WILL BE CHARGE TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL LOCATED IN A HOTEL SETTING. THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. AS SOON AS ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. MANY TMES IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

There is NO "RESERVED PARKING" FOR THIS UNIT. UBER is available and Taxis. ONE Guest Parking is available most of the time although I cannot guarantee it 100%.

Recently remodeled studio with a King size bed for only 2 persons. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two adults only. Non-smoking persons and no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Great area love the private access to the beach front and the view.unfortunately There were bugs on the bed that grossed us out. Wouldn’t stay again there’s a strip of hotels like Marriott and Foxwoods right next door rather just stay there!

Amazing stay!

Our host was responsible and very professional. I was able to check in 2 hours before time. The place is as pictured and in a great location, close to everything especially the beach access. We will be back!

Visiting Puerto Rico for the first time!

The property was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Puerto Rico! Accommodated four adults for 10 days, very short walk to the beach, great restaurants near by and lovely staff at ESJ. Can't wait to come back in the near future!

Great value for enjoying PR

Everything was as described. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Very close to airport (cab ride under $20). We liked not having to rent a car unless we planned to do something away from Isla Verde (lots of nearby car rental places). The host was easy to work with while renting. This place is only going to get better as the building work being done gets completed.

Beautiful view

The view and proximity to the beach was great. The overall building was old and needed updating. The electricity went out for about 3 hours. We were on the 17th floor. All the furniture looked old and dated. I’ve seen better on the side of the road. The bed was ok, but was covered with a strange quilt. The shower had a cheap curtain that made it too dark. I’m sure it was once a nice place.

33rd. Visit to ESJ

As stated, this was our 33rd.stay at ESJ, we love the area and the people. We had a time share there that we used for 25 years. The building went thru several owners and managers, and it still needs a lot of upgrades and repairs. Our rental was nice and clean and the Elite Restaurant on the premises was a great surprise. The laundry room needs to be upgraded. In closing we probably will be staying again in 2025.

Great Value

We had a great stay and were very pleased with the space/location for what we paid. The unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for two people. Isabel was thorough and prompt in her communication with us. The building is under construction with no pool or open bar which Isabel clearly communicated before our arrival. The access to the beach and the view from the balcony make not having the pool/bar easy to overlook though.

Fabulous Holiday!

The condo is in a perfect location with an AMAZING view of the ocean and the city lights of Condado! While the pool is closed (and it doesn’t look like it will be open anywhere in the near future), the walk ability of the two beautiful beaches, one to either side, was enough for us to be perfectly content! The only two negatives of our wonderful stay was the noise from the El San Juan hotel air conditioners (20 of them) directly beneath us. As a result of the hum, there is no way it was possible to hear the ocean . On the up side, it provided ambient noise at night. While a bit disappointing, it did not stop us from enjoying wine every night on the balcony! The noise would not deter us from returning - we would just be expecting it. The only other little issue, and this one is an easy fix, was the condition of the sheets, which were very pilled. Isabel was always accessible and very helpful! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!
