Beautiful property with beautiful view. Safety is top notch and the grounds and rooms are clean. The mamager is easy to reach and work with. Would definitely stay here again

Gaste key code didn't work, had to call Juan to come let us in, that night.No air conditioning, windows open, 1 rotagting fan that didn't have much power. Pool area was cooler and quieter, the 2 rattan deck lounge chairs, poolside, needed replacing. Grill was great, did up some steaks and Chorizo sausages. Hot dry sauna worked nicely, after the cool pool. Ran into Juan a few times, I hope has recovered, the car is OK. Ha! He's muy amable and made sure all was OK. (He speaks English anad Spanish, well. Short walk ( 1 mile?) to well stocked convenience store, to pick dinner components, wine and liquor.

El lugar está bien, aunque hubo varios problemas y por lo siguiente no lo recomendamos: El anfitrión nos dio un código de acceso incorrecto y nos costó mucho resolverlo, ya que no respondió a nuestros mensajes hasta el día siguiente; a pesar de que sabía que llegaríamos muy tarde (entre la 1 y las 2 am) desde otro país. En resumen, mal servicio de internet, problemas con la puerta de entrada (portón), el aparcamiento y la lavandería. Sin embargo, nuestra principal frustración fue con el anfitrión, quien no respondió a nuestras inquietudes hasta 2-10 horas más tarde por cada mensaje, sin mostrar ninguna preocupación real ni intención seria de ayudar de ninguna manera. Sinceramente, no nos plantearíamos volver a este lugar. Es una pena; la zona de la piscina estaba bastante bien.
