The room was nice, clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was actually pretty good. Location is right by the rail too which is convenient. It’s just a bummer that you have to pay for parking, but I feel like that’s almost everywhere nowadays.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Parking was easy, checking in was easy, the room itself was perfect, and the coffee was delicious. We went to a concert at Levi’s Stadium and took the nearby train stop directly to the stadium. It was close, safe, and super convenient! We took it back as well and it was just as easy! Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to another concert or football game.

Our room was not ready when we checked in. It took some time to get the room . The bathroom door didn’t lock properly . The stay overall was good they can improve on the overall maintenance of the property. The breakfast was excellent this makes the stay worthwhile and over experience great!!

The pool is not heated. Which was annoying because that was one of the main reasons we stayed at the Hyatt house…. for their heated pool. Also, the lady serving omelettes during breakfast was making omelettes for several of her coworkers that were working alongside her. It took at least 20-30 min. for her to bring mine out
