Disliked: Staff & service
I arrived late at night, which I announced and was acknowledged the day before. It was no problem. When I arrived however nobody was there, or opened the door or answered the phone.
Luckily some very friendly neighbours saw me sitting on my bag in front of the door and took me in their house. They arranged a stay for me at and drove me to the backpackers hostel in central Alajuela.
