This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom stylish condo is located in Escazu, San Jose Costa Rica! Escazu is the finest and most exclusive neighborhood in all of Costa Rica! This beautiful condo is located in the Riverside Condominium Project in the heart of Escazu and features amazing features like a community Swimming Pool with a jacuzzi, Indoor Racquetball Court, Exercise room with Showers and Sauna, as well as 24/7/365 Armed Security, and Gated Access. Guarded Parking is included for free for 1 car during your stay, check-in times are at 3 pm and check-out times are at 11 am.

The condo is located within a short drive or taxi ride to Multiplaza Escazu, Avenida Escazu, Fourm 1 and Forum 2 Business Parks, Guachipelin Business Parks, Restaurants, Disco Clubs, and Entertainment. This condo is a perfect centralized location for all of the San Jose, Capital Area locations and travel.

The distance from Juan Santamaría International Airport to the condo is 30 min approx!

Our team is available to you 24-7 while in the condo. We also can suggest various activities and local spots around Escazu and San Jose for you to visit, shop and eat. The manager of this condo also operates a bar and lounge in the Escazu Area and will invite each guest as a VIP client.

Note: The maximum capacity of guests allowed in the apartment is 8 people in total including children. More than 8 people will not be allowed to access to the building. Unregistered visitors are not allowed, if you will have visitors, it must be a number that maintains the maximum capacity of 8 which is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.

I thought the property was well situated. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. We used taxi/Uber to get to downtown San Jose to see the museums and the central market. Traffic can be heavy at times, but you are near a big city. Host responded to questions promptly. The complex is older, but, for my family, we felt the accommodations were nice. Good security. Overall, had a very nice experience at this property.

The noise was crazy loud at times Had to keep our drapes closed all the time too The jacuzzi never worked… The appliances need serious help Especially the washer and dryer The price was 5 stars… reasonable…. Rental process was smoothe. Property manager was accessible. Love the lobby! Unit is on ground floor so had to keep blinds drawn for privacy. We used the guest parking spots so did not bother with the assigned parking. Could use a fan in each bedroom...not all bedrooms had. Overall great stay. Will stay again.
