"This is a great property with lots of facilities and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of choice. It's a short taxi ride (around €11) or 25 min walk into the town. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again."

"I picked this hotel primarily for its location in the old town district of San Sebastián. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly. My room’s window faced the basilica, and although the bells were noisy, the glazing on the windows completely obscured the sound. One small thing I would mention - the corridors and stairwells are very dark, so I had to watch my footing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. "Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour.
